Mr. Couch Potato is getting into shape. Just improved my personal record (PR) for back squats from 115 pounds a couple months ago to 145 pounds today. I’ve been going to Crossfit Amped since last October, working out three days a week. It’s very hard/challenging, but I feel the benefits–losing weight, more energy, clearer head.

    Today boosted that personal record to 160 pounds.

      Front Squat: 145lbs
      Back Squat: 160lbs
      Dead Lift: 170lbs
      Bench Press: 125lbs
      Snatch: 55lbs

      I have a lot of room to grow!
